Bridget is seen outside of the arena, getting a photoshoot done. It was her first photoshoot for NXT and was excited. She loved getting dressed up and getting her pictures taken. It took Bridget awhile before she noticed someone watching her. She stopped what she was doing and headed over to them. Bridget: I'm sorry, but is something wrong? Bridget was confused on to why there were there. She places her hands on her hips, as she waited for a reply. TBC: Any guy or anyone who I haven't rped with yet..

As she put her hands on her hips, waiting for a response from this person, the NXT camera that was showing the photoshoot to do highlights of it later panned over and noticed the mystery person standing there was none other then the man finding himself in the main event of NXT's first PPV Heatwave when he fights for the NXT World championship, none other then The Assassin David Arnold. David's standing there, sporting his usual attire which consists of a black button-up white striped short sleeved dress shirt with a skull on one of the sides with a bullet hole through the skull's eyes, his logo, a pair of faded blue jeans, and his usual pair of high-top black and white Converse sneakers, as well as his usual black regular-brimmed white-striped fedora with the same logo on it. He stands there, a smile on his face.
No, nothing's really wrong at all. They booked my photoshoot after yours for some reason. Might be some sort of group rate or something like that. Whatever they can save on expenses since they're still a new company works I suppose. Plus it's giving me the opportunity to meet others within the company such as yourself. Allow me to introduce myself though, I'm the soon-to-be NXT World Heavyweight champion The Assassin David Arnold. And you are?
David stands there waiting for a response.

Bridget looked David up and down, not checking him out necessarily, but to get a good look at who he was. She never did see him around before. The only people she knew was her cousin and friends that she had caught up with. She nodded, showing she was listening. Once he introduced himself, it was her turn.
Bridget: I'm guessing that is what's going on. I was just curious to who you were, was all. I'm always up to meeting new people. I was hoping to sooner or later.
Bridget smirks some and extends her hand over to him.
Bridget: Anyway, it's very nice to meet you, David or should I say future Mister World Champ. I'm Bridget Russo.
Keeping her hand extended to his for a handshake, she patiently waited for a response.

He stood there, listening to what she had to say. She was pretty attractive, he'd give her that. And she seemed respectful and whatnot as well, which was a good thing. She introduced herself as Bridget Russo, the first time he's come across a Bridget in the wrestling world. When she extended her hand forward, he took it into his and lifted it up, kissing the back of her hand. Knowing she'd probably be a little surprised by that, he figured he should probably explain himself there.
Sorry, but I grew up teaching myself to be one of those very respectful gentleman kind of guys, including treating females with the respect they deserve. However, doing that caused me to have a little bit of an older way of greeting them. Anyway, it's nice to meet you Miss Russo. I see you're here by yourself though. If you don't mind me asking, how come?
He figured he'd at least try to strike up some sort of conversation with her. After all, he was wanting to meet as many people here in NXT as possible since he had the goal of being the first ever NXT World champion and would be representing them as their World champion. Plus, the staff working on her photoshoot was taking a break anyway and his wasn't for another 30 minutes or so. He waited for a response.

Bridget was a little surprised by the kiss on the back of the hand. It's rare to run into gentlemen in the wrestling business. She let a small laugh escape her mouth. Bridget brought a smile to her face as he explained himself.
Bridget: Oh no need to apologize. It's nice to have one of those respectful gentlemen around here. Those are hard to find here in wrestling.
Bridget sighed with a slight shrug of her shoulders, when he asked why she was alone.
Bridget: Well, besides not really knowing anyone here, I guess I'm just not the type of person to be around. Boring maybe? I don't know.
She shrugged her shoulders once more as she waited for a reply.

David smirked a little bit when she said the part about not finding too many of them around anymore. He thought to himself "Yea, you can blame that on the females out there that seem to fall for the other kind of guys, the ones that seem amazing at first, then destroy them later on".... He pushed that memory to the back of his head, not really wanting to think about that right now.
Yea, I happen to be one of the very few respectful gentlemen I know left in this business. At least outside of the ring anyway. Once that bell rings and I'm standing across from someone inside that squared circle, it's a completely different story.
That it was. A different story that consisted of being the dominate wrestler that he was. However, not too many people knew that here in NXT, so he wasn't going to go into detail about that... yet. He listened to her answer to his question though.
I know the feeling about not knowing anyone. Other then a couple members of the staff, I haven't had the pleasure of meeting anyone else in the company... Other then you now of course in which the pleasure is all mine.
Ah, the art of compliments. Such an interesting art really. An art that makes others feel good about themselves. The difference between most people that practiced this art and him though was that he actually meant the compliment. After all, here was an attractive young lady taking time out of her first NXT photoshoot to talk to him, even if for a moment or so, obviously the pleasure had to be all his.
As for the boring part, although I don't really know you at all, I doubt that. You seem like the fun type of person to be around and I'm pretty good at reading people.
Pretty good because of what he did outside of this business, but he didn't want to get into that at this point in time. That's another world that he keeps separate from this one.
As for me, I'm kind of the quiet shy type surprisingly enough, that's why I didn't really try to introduce myself earlier and all that, instead just watching your photoshoot take place, which I think you did a great job of doing by the way.
Yet another compliment. Probably falling upon deaf ears since she may not care, and yet he continued with them anyway simply because if he came across to her and others as a good-natured, well-respected, gentleman kind of guy, it may be easier to find allies and more later on in his run here in NXT. After all, in order to build a skyscraper, you needed to start with a base. He waited to see if she had any response to what he said.

Bridget: Well that's understandable. I'm not complaining at all. I just wish some guys could be the respectful gentlemen. But I know that's never going to happen.
Tucking her dark locks behind her ears, another smile came to her face when he complimented her again. You can never have too many compliments.
Bridget: If it wasn't for having an old friend of mine and my cousin being here, I wouldn't know what to do. I'm glad to be one of the new people you meet. It's very nice.
Bridget giggled some when he said she seems to be a fun type of person. Which she really was, you could ask anyone who knew her. Just when it comes to new places, she always seems to keep to herself.
Bridget: Thanks. I really am an outgoing person and like to have fun. Sometimes I just seem to keep to myself. Just to keep out of trouble..of course.
Another compliment, another smile. Bridget really wasn't going to complain on compliments. What girl didn't like them? A small laughed happen to escape again as she begins to speak.
Bridget: Awh, thank you. As far as the quiet shy type, I'm glad I came up to say something then. It would of been a shame not being able to get the chance to talk to you.
Cheesy? Maybe so, but she didn't care at this point. Keeping that smile of hers, she folds her hands behind her back, waiting for a response.

He actually liked seeing her smile, something about her told him it was a good thing that this moment was happening as well. He knew not to think anything more of it then what it was though, seeing as how he had a similar moment with another female here already and now hasn't heard from her in a few days... Nonetheless, he figured there was no harm in talking to a fellow competitor here in NXT and all of that, especially one that seemed like a great girl to be talking to...
That's cool that you have a couple of people here that you know already. I kind of lost touch with anyone I knew from my recent past since this adventure if you can call it that here in NXT will be my first in probably about 5 months.
Man, what a 5 months it had been too, nothing but agony and misery coming back from what was supposed to be the end of his career. Too bad he was a warrior like that and didn't let some stupid heart condition keep him down.
Unfortunately some guys will never change. And the ones that do change are usual the ones like me that get tired of being treated the way they are, so they become those other kind of guys. Sad but true.
And now he found himself rambling. Great. He was trying to make a good first impression towards this young lady and instead was starting to ramble about something he needed to stop giving his opinion on.
It definitely would have been a shame not being able to talk to you as well though, something that I probably would have regretted for quite some time...
And he went from rambling to talking a little too deeply. When was he ever going to learn? Around attractive women he always seemed to melt and let his guard down. Probably part of the reason he's been emotionally destroyed so many times in his life since Ashley's.... since that time. He knew he needed to get control of that guard again and keep away from that line of thought before he said something a little too over-the-line seeing as how he was letting himself possibly start to enjoy this a little too much....
So if I remember right, you happen to be in a tag team match at the first PPV teaming with I'm guessing some sort of relative of yours Bella Russo against Rose Darkfall and Sonja Blackshadow in a Summer Skin Tag Team Bikini Match if I'm not mistaken.
And he almost said something else there, but bit his tongue before he could. Good God, apparently he learned nothing during his time away from this business. He started slowly putting the guard back up as he waited for any response from her.

Bridget continued to listen to David talk. She actually enjoyed listening to him. She was a little surprise that she was able to keep a conversation going. She always seems to be a little bad with keep up with them, especially with guys.
Bridget: Yeah, it's handy to have someone you know in a business like this. I guess the more people you know, the better. Five months? Wow. That's a pretty long time. I'm really hoping NXT works out. The last few companies have gone down hill.
She laughed a little, knowing she went on a little too much. Bridget did have to agree on what he said. He had a point..
Bridget: Thanks to the other girls who make the rest of us look bad. I hate that they make us look all the same, because we're not.
Bridget sighed some with a little shrug. Others seem to ruin some things, which wasn't fair. But what could she do?
Bridget: We'll it's a good thing we don't have to experince any of that..
When he asked about her match, she nodded. Her first match here in NXT and she was really excited. Especially to be making her debut with her best friend and cousin.
Bridget: Yes, Bella's my cousin. I must say, I'm pretty excited. Never been in that type of match, but I'm sure it'll be fun. I hope I'm able to impress everyone. Don't want to let people down.
She was sure she would impress anyone. She had no doubt on taking these other two no names out. Bridget was going to make sure she made her way to the top. Setting her hands back on her hips, she waited for a reply.

He smiled, really liking the conversation they were having, especially since it meant he was getting to continue talking to her... He calmed himself down a little bit, clearing his head.
Yea, five months away from the business due to a health problem. So I might have a little ring rust upon my return and of course, my return is a match I can't have any sort of ring rust in, so it should be interesting.
5 months can be a big deal. And this company was going off of name recognition when it came to me being put in the main event. Not that it was a bad thing they were, after all, I've always been able to live up to the expectations. However, this time around, it was different...
I know that feeling though. It's rare to find ladies who aren't like that, so it's good to hear that you're not one of the not-so-great ones...
Whoops, there he went again. Making a comment he probably shouldn't be making. Granted so far his comments haven't seemed to weird her out yet or anything like that, but knowing how awkward he can be when talking to a one of a kind young lady like this, who knows what could end up being said.
That's really cool that you're able to team up with your cousin in your first match though. And I'm sure you'll impress everyone watching, I can tell.
Uh oh, he needed to fix himself there.
Not just in the sense that it's a bikini match or anything like that... I mean... with your wrestling skills... and such...
Great, now he was feeling slightly embarrassed, stumbling over his words and all that. There was something about this one that seemed to do this to him, although he wasn't sure what it was. Maybe it was the fact that she seemed like the kind of female he was always looking for, not the kind that always seemed to find him. Maybe it was the fact that she was being nice enough to talk to him right now during a nervous and weird phase of his career and life right now. Or maybe it was because he was being an idiot right now. Who knew? He tried to cover up the embarrassing stumble with a smile and waited for her response.

She too was really liking this conversation. She was a little curious about the health problem. Hopefully he wouldn't mind her asking.
Bridget: I don't think I could ever come back to the ring after that long. If you don't mind me asking..what was wrong? You don't have to answer if you don't want to.
Bridget hoped she wasn't butting into his business. She felt that way, though.
Bridget: Definitely not like that. I don't think I could ever be like that.
She caught onto the other compliment. Something new to her. She never really had anyone compliment on her. So it was kind of weird, but the nice kind of weird.
Bridget: It's pretty awesome. First time we really ever got to work with each other.
She giggled a little when he added on to what he said before.
Bridget: Uh huh, I'm sure that's what you mean. Just kidding.. Anyway, I hope you're right. You'll be watching right? I mean, I can always use a fan..
Bridget kind of noticed the little stumble, but didn't say anything. She thought it was cute..hopefully it wasn't a bad thing. She really couldn't do much.

(Sorry, internet went down for a few days) He stood there slightly surprised that she asked about the health problem. Ah, the health problem. The one thing that kept him from continuing the roll he was on at one point...
It's no problem, I don't mind telling you. It's a heart condition that basically causes my heart to slow down at times and keeps me from being able to do much of anything. I've had it my entire life, but it doesn't really affect me that often. In fact, this past time was only the 5th time in my 23 years on this Earth that it's done so. However, it's devastating enough that it keeps me from being able to do much of anything until I'm recovered, which is why I unfortunately was forced to leave the business for a while.
For some reason, he didn't seem to have any problem talking to her at all, even about something like that. It was as if she was different then most females he spoke to.
That's cool that you're not like that. I don't understand how people can be like that anyway, doesn't really get you anywhere in life.
He smiled at the last part of what she said as well.
And you can count on me watching and cheering you on in the back. After all, I can tell that you'll do a great job and I believe I'll be one of the first to jump on the Bridget Russo bandwagon before everyone's on it.

OOC: it's alright, no biggie. She felt bad for him, knowing that has to really suck. No one ever wanted to go through that, especially if it stops you from doing a lot of things, like the job you love.
Bridget: Oh..wow. I'm really sorry to hear that. I couldn't imagine having to stop a lot of things because of that situation. I really hate that for you.
She couldn't help to feel sorry. She nodded in agreement about the whole not getting you anywhere in life to the people that act like total morons during relationships and what not. After letting a small sigh out, she brought a smile to her face, happy to hear about him watching the match and having his support.
Bridget: Awesome. Well I can guarantee I'll be watching your big World title match.

He smiled, still enjoying this conversation with this attractive female that he was continuing to enjoy the company of as the conversation went on.
Yea, it's never a fun time at all. Especially since this last time came at a very bad time. I was in a relationship with someone, or at least I thought it was a relationship, but it only turned out to be a lie, and I was becoming a rising star in a company. Then suddenly, the female turned against me, proving it was all a lie, the company suddenly didn't seem to want anything to do with me anymore, and it struck. So this is a very new adventure for me in the sense that I'm coming back from nothing to try to make it big again.
And such an adventure it was going to be. He was coming back up from the bottom. He stood at the top of the mountain before.... it all happened. And yet, just like that, he found himself at the bottom looking up.
That puts a smile on my face to hear that someone will be watching that. I'm actually somewhat nervous about this match, which is the first time in a while I've been this way. Hopefully it all goes well though.

Bridget shook her head some, still taking all of this in.
Bridget: Ouch. That's awful. Well, it might sound weird coming from a girl you just met, but I have faith in you. I think you'll make it big with no problem at all.
After that, she brings another smile to her face. She hated talking about the negative things, so she figured she bring up all the positives.
Bridget: I do enjoy making people smile. But I wouldn't worry at all about your match. You'll do great out there, I know it. I'm pretty sure you'll be walking out the World Champion. I can see it..
